The Jazz Guitarist goes off key

May 7, 2010

Icarus was never a great guitarist in the 70′s/80′s. Now he’s not a great blogger either. When he gets challenged instead of counter arguing he name calls and band.

Here is a poster calling out Icarus.

This is the reaction of Charles “Icarus” Johnson.

Icarus crashes yet again!

Apart from the silent bannings, “Piss off! And fuck yourself while you’re at it asshole” is the newest and most dramatic addition to the list.

As an European I’m a bit confused:

At Cinco de Mayo Mexicans celebrate their military victory over a French expedition corps. US-Americans have no beef in there. So why is wearing a t-shirt with an American flag “offensive”? If at all it would be “offensive” to wear a t-shirt with the French tricolor.

Btw: As long as I was reading over there I was never aware that CJ is such a primitive, vulgar and uneducated douch bag as he now shows in his postings. You want find many blogs where the blogowner abuses his readers and members in such a way.

      “primitive, vulgar and uneducated”

      “Pussy”

      Both accurate observations.

That whole thread chez Wally was an embarrassment. One nic kept asking for the evidence that the Old Glory kids were not provoking the Mexican-Americans (who wanted to be de-hyphenated for a day). He was cringing in his approach, but persistent. He was called stupid.
Eventually, San Fransisco Zionist, humanist, peace-lover, teacher, comes in with a snippy reference to the article (linked by Drudge) which quotes one Mexico celebrant’s mom as saying the Old Glory kids yelled, “We live in America,” (an entirely true statement, applicable to all concerned). Way further down in the article it is mentioned that the Mexico celebrants were also yelling – in Spanish.
A fair reading by a humanist teacher and an intellectual like Charles would see a picture of mutual hostility provoked by the celebration of nationalism permitted on that special day.
But because the Wally wants to find “racism” in nationalism and nationalism in patriotism (if American), he will rest his case on hearsay taken out of context.
By the way, a nearby school with a large population of Mexican-Americans allowed all flags – and it was a jolly occasion. The principal there – Sanchez – was a true, inclusive, American .
Wally will not use his sensitivity to “racism” to sniff out the anti-American opportunity created by May 5th that is seized by some (especially in light of the recent Arizona law ). He will not even regard it as a possibility that some Mexican-American kids might have been looking for an excuse to demand “respect”.
“Respect”. Yet another word corrupted by the left.

Er, that second sentence should be:
One nic kept asking for the evidence that the Old Glory kids were provoking the Mexican-Americans (who wanted to be de-hyphenated for a day.)

What a joke he has become. If you disagree with his ‘opinion’ and that is all it is because he wasn’t there….you now are cussed at and banned. Great counter talking points.

    Defense mechanisms….

    3. Acting Out

Acting Out is performing an extreme behavior in order to express thoughts or feelings the person feels incapable of otherwise expressing. Instead of saying, “I’m angry with you,” a person who acts out may instead throw a book at the person, or punch a hole through a wall. When a person acts out, it can act as a pressure release, and often helps the individual feel calmer and peaceful once again. For instance, a child’s temper tantrum is a form of acting out when he or she doesn’t get his or her way with a parent. Self-injury may also be a form of acting-out, expressing in physical pain what one cannot stand to feel emotionally.
