Self-Inflicted Wounds: Someone Stepped On His Own Dingus

The Alfred E. Neuman of the blogosphere has stepped in his own pile of ego again by claiming that he helped shut off PayPal from one of his favorite windmill demons, aka, Pamela Geller. And someone whose initials are Charles Johnson has the audacity to lecture us about ethics. Pheeew.
[Update: You-know-who apparently didn't claim credit for PayPal's decision, but he encourages his posse of petulant pissants to sally forth and complain about other websites HE doesn't like. One would assume that he values freedom of speech...]

Ha ha ha ha ha!
This proves Charles seeks to silence those he disagrees with.
Intentionally depriving another of legal income via libel is a criminal offense. Interesting to see what Geller and Ace do. Chuck is ON the map on this one.
I didn’t think of that. Good point!
Tortuous interference with prospective business advantage. By the way, Snowball, a summons for such a lawsuit will list your current address. Have a nice day.
He could be playing with fire.
He’s playing with himself.. for the attention it brings.
When you are that arrogant you forget that there are things that even you cant do and get away with.
BWuhahahahahahahahaha
His parent’s gated basement
will they have to saw a hole in his roof to get him to court?
It would appear that Chuckles’ eyes may have been bigger than his rectum when he chose this particular butt plug. If, as he claims, he had anything to do with the loss of revenue, he’s going to end up bleeding profusely from his shredded posterior after the law sharks are done with him.
This is all about blog hits. Negative attention is better then no attention.
Heh. He said dingus. Heheheheheheh.
just a few days ago, he is whining about not getting attention, and he then proceeds to claim to shut down Geller’s paypal (after protesting too much that Ace’s comments about the misuse of paypal at LGF hurts his revenue stream) and publishing an Ace email.
Everytime he gets spanked or starts bleeding traffic, he does something outrageous and vile to attract attention.
Chucky was offended that Pamela Didn’t use PayPal to “out” people.
Soon though, We will know won’t we? Because if Pamela does file suit against pay pal whomever it was that complained will have to show their face. And thats worth it and its worth it even if she loses the case. And btw Chucky..you will soon find out what goes around comes around…you pos.
quoque.

Glenn Reynolds shouts: PAM GELLER MAY SUE PAYPAL FOR CALLING HER BLOG A “HATE SITE.”
For a lawyer, Reynolds can be amazingly stupid about legal matters. Geller has absolutely no grounds to sue PayPal. It would be laughed out of any courtroom, and Reynolds knows it. No lawyer would even take such an obvious losing case.
Wow! A programmer, jazz musician, climate expert, blogger AND a legal scholar! Is there anything the be-mulleted malamute CAN’T do?
/I mean….aside from dealing with contradictory opinions from the lizards?
What an idiot. Reynolds linked the article without comment.
Uh, no, Snowball you jackass. It won’t. It’s called libel, and I should think you’d be pretty well versed in that by now.
Why don’t you leave the law and lawyering to those in the profession and stop babbling about shit you know nothing about? Which pretty much eliminates any subjects other than chord progressions.
THIS HAS CATO THE ELDER WRITTEN ALL OVER IT ! Remember the infamous Facebook setup with Robert Spencer anyone? Cato hates those two with a passion and will stoop to any level to destroy them.
Once upon a time, Charles Johnson would have questioned the inconsistency of Paypal’s policy regarding “hate” speech – even if he disagreed with the speech at issue.
Then he became the Wally. He does not hesitate to use Paypal’s decision to close Geller’s account as vindication for his well-known, personal dislike of her. His personal dislike was gussied up as a principled position by painting her, wrongly, as a bigot. He is no doubt one of the people who complained to Paypal. Shameful – but not if you are a Progressive.
It is embarrassing to what extent the Wally’s world has contracted: first to Swat, and then to his own navel.
Well, PayPal has also stepped in it. The Freepers will be cancelling their PayPal accounts. I cancelled mine yesterday.
