The 100%-a-merkin Lewd Wig has apparently convinced himself that “gays” are in danger of “criminalization.” This, despite the fact that sodomy laws have been struck down by the Supreme Court, despite the passage of domestic partnership laws all over the map, and even passage of same-sex “marriage” laws in various jurisdictions.
He is delusional. Even when sodomy laws were in full effect—some of them carrying hideously draconian penalties such as twenty years in prison—there was no active “criminalization” of the homosexual as a class on any organized basis, in the sense he means.
He’s clearly not a great legal scholar.
He thinks he’s in Canada, and SCOTUS rulings can be overridden with the notwithstanding procedure. If he really is American, his ignorance of US civics is unforgivable.
I’m not sure how this is “civics”; it seems that the Wig is convinced that “gays” are in line to have pink triangles slapped on them, or something—never mind that the whole “pink triangle” thing during the Holocaust has been grotesquely overblown by the gay-rights lobby.
In other words, he’s tapping into that FEMA concentration-camp lunacy that the Left has been dragging out in one form or another for the last 40 years.
Guess no one at LGF bothered to check if the SPLC designated the New Black Panthers on the hate group list. Well, they certainly did. LGF puts much faith into the designations made by the SPLC, yet they are now supporting an active black separatist goup. Maybe it is time to rethink this position.
Maybe they have a six-degrees-of-black-separatism thing…
They’re going to have to fix that. That won’t do at all. Who’s the racist who put them on that list?
