Well you’ve certainly exposed some weaknesses of a threaded comment system like this one – very difficult to follow.
My code – which threads the LGF linear comments – has a [refresh] hyperlink, which when clicked (by someone running the code on a webserver) loads the new comments in and ALSO highlights them in red, so that, even though threaded, they’re very easily identifiable.
Admins: is there something easy like turning on comment numbering that would help when threads go long like this? Don’t make me right a script to un-thread these comments – that’s just too weird, this being the anti-LGF and all, kind of a perfect symmetry.
