As I recall, our troops WERE greeted with flowers and adulation in many cities in Iraq. The general population there hated Saddam Hussein and were thrilled to be rid of the ruthless dictator.
Why does this “Busch lied” meme still exist? What possible motive would he have to start an unnecessary war? Oil? No. Revenge? For what? To enrich his buddies in the military/industrial complex? Oh please!
