What the hell is your point? Yes, technically, Judaism requires adherance to Jewish law. But everywhere – across the world – it is in fact optional for Jews to decide whether they want to follow the Mitzvot. This is because there is nowhere on earth where Jews are living in a Jewish theocracy. If a Jew wants to live in Israel as a tattooed and intermarried gay person, they absolutely can. If a Jew wants to eat ham and cheese on Yom Kippur, they can, and won’t be killed for it.

Jews have no capital punishment for disobeying Jewish law, and have not for 2000 years. Even when there was a capital punishment, it was very seldomly used. In contrast, Muslims regularly kill apostates, kuffars, and mushriken. This is beyond debate or dispute.

Why do you compare Judaism to Islam, as if they are the same? Your arguments are nonsensical.

All of Halacha is theologically mandatory. However, because rabbis won’t kill you for disobeying Halacha, I can pick and choose what I want as a matter of simple reality. They can only shun such a person from their congregation.

And then there is your “point” about “social justice.” (I find the term “social justice” to be a disgusting Orwellianized and meaningless word, as an aside) It should first be noted that Jews have been at the absolutely forefront of human rights around the world. In fact, Jews made up 50% of the White Civil Rights volunteers in the 1960s. Jews are rallying to free Darfur while much of the world remains silent. Jews are often found in the leadership of the environmental movement. So if your “point” about Judaism is that Jews are somehow not active enough in environmental, civil rights, and/or human rights movements, then you are a bigot who should be roundly condemned as the antisemite you clearly are.

Now, as far as what “social justice” even means…it appears that you believe “social justice” to mean singing kumbaya with Muslims, and being lock-step in line with the AGW crowd. Rational people disagree with your characterization as to what is “social justice.” And as such, I fail to see where Jews are commanded by their religion to be AGW activists or kumbaya singers with Muslims. Yes, many Jews are in fact kumaya singers and AGW activists. But I find it shocking and galling that you, a non-Jew who knows not one thing about the faith, have the shocking gall to claim it is theologically required for a Jew to follow your particular vision of “social justice.”

In fact, Jews are at the forefront of charitable giving. They are out there building homeless shelters and the like. So to claim that Jews are somehow not adhering to Halacha because they don’t give enough charity, you are absolutely a racist antisemitic bigot.
