For the record, the troll that showed up there was a little evasive, but was definitely claiming that Fr. Coughlin was slandered/framed/not understood correctly. So I think we can all agree that this was a bona fide kook. I’ll agree with Johnson on this, but if he tries to connect this nut to Sarah Palin or Glenn Beck or Pam Geller, all bets are off.
Maybe it’s a nod to another proggie musician, John ‘confused old man’ Mellencamp, who recently opined that the internet is “the most dangerous thing invented since the Atomic bomb…”. And/or to Prince, who recently declared the internet over.
