Chucky Hearts Beck Thread

August 28, 2010

This is just for general discussion of the BDS (Beck Derangement Syndrome) on parade over at the LGF funny farm:

Today thousands of angry white people have descended on the National Mall on the anniversary of Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech, to whine about how they’re being persecuted and unfairly maligned, sponsored by a race-baiting lunatic Fox News host who promotes the ideology of the far right and the John Birch Society and has called President Obama “a racist with a deep-seated hatred of white culture.”

And so on, etc. etc…

Hey Chunky, why not call out all your troops for a massive rally at the local Starbucks to support YOUR ideas? My guess is they could all show up and still have room for the regular customers.

    On a serious note.

Chuck, you are a pile of garbage. You are the worst of the worst. You fling shit, and point the finger at people, assigning guilt, all the while having that log in your own eye.

You are placing the label on people. Your are the smear merchant. Convenient how you find it acceptable to find a flaw in how the black people there sing, or automatically determine the white people in attendance are racist.

If this was somebody else, you would be erecting your usual castles in the sand, but since you now tow a certain political ideology, somehow you get to hurl these insults, yet it is not a problem.

    Shitbird.

So, it’s okay to spout hateful lies and slurs about a group of hundreds of thousands of Americans who gathered peacefully at the Lincoln Memorial to support the troops and experience the idea that we can only begin to solve our problems from within…

…but you’re a horrible racist if you oppose building a huge mosque 600 feet from where Muslim terrorists killed 3000 Americans.

Proving my thesis once again: A racist is a person liberals disagree with. They have destroyed the meaning of the word, destroyed it utterly.

“You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.”

How much Charles has fallen that he reacts this way to a rally in support of the troops that benefits the Special Operations Warrior Foundation!

    From the “Pages”

Courtesy of the Catholic right wing site First Things, Jim “Dim” Hoft launches another of his periodic foaming, incoherent attacks: Chuck Johnson Now Using 5th Grade Pretzel Logic to Tie Right-Wingers to Violent Crime.

His title made me wonder which grade I was in when I stopped believing it was a devastating insult to call someone named Charles, “Chuck.” Second or third, maybe?

Seriously, though; this pathetic excrescence is what passes for good writing in the right wing blogosphere these days.

I can’t wait for election day. We had this today, we’ll have the 9-12 March on that day (I hope it is huge, too), then we turn out on 2 November and we take our government back in a peaceful Revolution at the Ballot Box. Amazing Grace was written by John Newton, an English man who had been a prolific slave trader who saw the light and became one of the brightest lights (Behind Wilberforce) for the end of Slavery in the British Empire. It symbolizes the belief that redemption is possible for any and all, regardless of their lot in life.

In the African-American experience, the song has become a staple of Gospel Music and the Civil Rights Movement, symbolizing the hope against hope that one day, all people would be free. For the song, one that has deep roots in the Black Gospel Culture, to be mocked by the self proclaimed bigot hunter is loathsome at best.

Yes, the site has become nothing but a rabid monkey cage where any who do not agree are gone, including those who don’t agree vigorously enough to his liking. That, and he literally now is trying to do nothing but goad and provoke any and all to fire back, so that he can then do his “I have been wronged! Who shall avenge me?” as he sends his monkeys out to shit on other sites.
