Loodwig Makes Up New Crimes, Doesn’t Know Meaning of “Genocide”, or How Constitutional Republic Works

August 31, 2010

This is just so so junior high:

There’s a crime on the books called “criminally negligent genocide”??? Or do you think that in the US we can pass ex post facto laws?

It gets crazier. The link goes to the batshit crazy union of concerned scientists site.  And they’re barking about precisely what?

The campaign promoting Proposition 23, a referendum on California’s November ballot that would essentially annul the state’s landmark clean energy law, is being funded primarily by two Texas-based oil companies. The companies, Valero Energy and Tesoro Corporation, two of California’s top pollutersare spending millions of dollars to convince voters to block implementation of the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (AB 32).

Millions of dollars, oh my!

Ludwig, you’re a smart guy, no? So you know how the constitutional system in the US works, no? And so you know that when the Supreme Court decides that campaign contributions are protected speech under the First Amendment, that no law can abridge that, no? So you know that there can’t be a valid constitutional law against them funding this, no?

Where did I go wrong? Which assumption was wrong?

And what racial and ethnic groups is being killed by California not implementing a state law regarding CO2? The carbon people?

LVQ is a danger to others; the only solutions he can see to the world’s problems is murder or life imprisonment. Did it ever occur to CJ that it is against the law to have posters on blogs who wish to kill or harm others? Contrast that with Ace of Spades. A few months ago, someone threatened Obama’s life; he was reported to the Secret Service and Ace did a post denouncing such talk. LGF needs to do the same.

Aw, mtc, doncha know that the world is waiting for the Chunky’s latest pronouncements? They’re NOTICING him again. Of course, I just did a Google search and the words Charles Johnson don’t yield much unless you’re a baseball player.

Perhaps those know-nothings that don’t LIVE in California would like to know how the average citizen feels about that “unprecedented” clean energy law. We’d love to repeal it in a New York minute. Or have you out-of-state moonbat shitheads noticed the jobs leaving this state thanks to the Dumbonator and the even dumber state legislature? Want to know how we feel about that supposed “Smart Grid” that has been ripping off consumers? Want to know how we feel about those ridiculous “compact flourescent” bulbs that we have to drive 50 miles to dispose of and, if we should accidentally break, call the public health department and pay cleanup costs of upwards of $1500? How about paying for not one, but TWO formulations of gasoline every year.

Jerkshit. You have no idea how Californians feel. Most of us think you can take your green bullshit and shove it up your ass. Must kill you Global Warming tinfoil heads to find out the country is giving you a giant raspberry.

By the way, an indepedent study that is named “Toxic Twins” tells me that it is neither indepedent nor a study. And they have refineries and gas stations in California (my gas station of choice is the Valero owned by a high-school buddy hear my house) so they have as much right to campaign and fund a measure that get rid of oppressive and unnecessary “global warming” laws as a big-eared President has to come to California to campaign for Senator Dwarf on her bid for re-election.

Is it possible for an American to be this clueless about American law and government? Just a rhetorical question.

So if I understand this, flat-earther—excuse me, AGW true believer—Lewd Wig is upset because people affected by a law are lobbying to overturn it. So I guess he was against all that same-sex marriage agitation in California, too?

Proggies aren’t constrained by trivialities like logical consistency. They’ve got a blueprint for a perfected society, they see the big socialist picture, they have plans on how to get there and the ends justify the means. Conservatives, on the other hand, are constrained by a belief in the logically consistent application of the Rule of Law and the indeterminate future that freedom brings. Proggies don’t do logical consistency, never did, never will.

Lood is gone, dood! Like, totally off his rocker. Bats in the belfry. Toys in the attic. He just wants to kill, KILL, KILL!… But does not have the balls to go on a proper murder spree– nor will his grandma raise his allowance or even let him out of the basement, after a certain incident… LudWank was caught peeping at Granny taking a bath through a hole he drilled in the door… As if that was not enough, he then tried to rape the neighbors’ Chihuahua.

That’s all he is, a Chihuahua with no bite.

… The poor Chihuahua thought that the tiny appendage LudWank was brandishing was a cocktail weenie and ate it… Nothing could be done. Doctors at the scene declared him a Sitzpinkler Fo’ Life!

LudWank the granny-peepin’, Chihuahua-rapin’ militant Sitzpinkler. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

I just listened to Ed Schultz’s rant today about how he too could draw a huge crowd to the Lincoln Memorial if he wanted to. I noticed that he used the figure 300,000 people and ascribed it to the decidedly anti-Beck network of NBC.

Wait a sec, I thought people were starting to notice the husky blogger’s opinions. Didn’t the brass at NBC get word that Charles declared the matter of Sunday’s turnout settled and that it was far, far below 300,000? Lewd, you better get on the horn to NBC and straighten things out.

So call one, Ed. I’m sure all 15 of your listeners will show up. And, in the spirit of staging counter-rallies that you seem to believe is appropriate, we’ll get the area based TEA Parties to show up at an alternate location. But since we’re not so in your face and polite, we won’t be marching into your party to provoke a reaction.

Oh, and I can’t wait to see the mess your slobs of a listening audience leave behind. Because the conservatives clean up after themselves. Don’t believe me – contrast the 9/12 rally litter (none) with the Obama Inauguration litter (streets covered in crap).

Well hell, the Chosen One himself said that under his energy policies, prices would necessarily skyrocket.

Barack just wants to save us from the fantasy that is AGW.

Of course, the since that money’s going to Uncle Barack, to help stop the oceans from rising, it’s ok. Any price increase that a private enterprise gets is simple greed.
