I’m beginning to wonder if Chuckles is on Prednisone, a steroid based anti-inflammatory drug. If he injured himself bicycling he might have been put on it. My podiatriast had me on it for a week for an inflamed tendon in my foot and it made me want to climb the walls. My dad had to go on it for a long time for some skin problem and it made him gain weight and become very, very irritable.
