Being obtuse, Alouette? I have been listening to Laura Schlessinger for a number of years on KFI and you can’t tell me that she never had a black caller? A few years ago, she had a call screener who is black. So cut the crap.
Typical race baiting liberal. Fucking marxist. And the term racist was coined by none other than Leon Trotsky, the founder of the Red Army.

Don’t know Dr. Laura’s show, but really, in this day and age she cannot have thought she would somehow be immune to the fallout of using the “n” word? Sorry. I have no sympathy for her over this incident, I don’t know her on air style or approach to callers in general so I can’t say she is this stupid about everything or not.
There was a similar show years ago. We called it “Nuts & Sluts.”
I have never been a fan of Dr. Laura. Yes, she would give some common sense solutionsto some situations, but frankly I found her treatment of callers demeaning on many occasions.
Listened to her show occasionally. Was put off by self-righteousness and the whole “a woman’s place is in the home” BS.

Dr. Laura blew it big time by stating her point in a very clumsy and insulting fashion, and turned it back on the caller. Dr. Laura was way out of line IMO, and she does that occasionally. She misstated her point in a rude and obnoxious manner.
The incident happened on 10 August, and Dr. L apologized for it the following day:
Alouette’s characterization is flawed.It wasn’t Dr. L’s first black caller, and she didn’t emphasize the “R” either (unless Alouette thinks that “Nigga” is more appropriate). I suspect that Alouette has never listened to even one of Dr. Laura Schlessinger’s shows, and instead gets all of her opinions from Media Matters, Huffpo, and Charles Johnson.
You’re all missing what’s important. The key question is: does Dr. Laura know algebra?

So you’ve obviously never listened to her show either. Her trademark signoff,”Now Go Take On The Day,” is a codeword for longtime listeners and first time callers. It refers to the quadratic equation.
