A 180 degree turnaround to me means that Charles Johnson has either recited the shahada or is just a complete moron. I dare say he has chosen the former.
From my vantage point, that blog of Chuckie has gone way beyond a pro-Islamic blog. LGF is creeping closer and closer to becoming an active participant of the global jihad and as far as I am concerned, he is yet another fifth columnist and needs to be under surveillance.

By the way, further research on the Brass City story from 1001 leaves one a little nervous about “kind” Aziz. The Brass City is a splendid walled city with twenty five hidden gates which cannot be opened from the outside. It has two towers of brass, which look like flames. The city has absolutely no inhabitants, but has mansions, gardens and running streams. What is the message of the story? What are those two towers symbolizing for him?

I just wonder if earlier in his blogging career Chuk was smitten by a conservative woman and with a strong case of swoons repressed his leftist views. Later on, when she dumped him he ‘came out’ as a lefty, but with a virulent strain of leftism due to his dismissal from all things conjugal from his conservative ex.
