Chuck Johnson Listening to the Voices in his Head Again
More headlines without a single iota of support in evidence:
Pretty strong claim, huh, Chuck? Well I don’t see anything to support the claim, or anything about Jefferson in that excerpt. So how about the TPM piece that you linked? Don’t see anything in there either asside from a baldly unsupported claim:
Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN), as bright a star as ever shown in the conservative constellation this year, took to the stage to slam spending and “Obamacare,” but also took time to lead the attendees through a reading of the Declaration of Independence, which she suggested highlighted Thomas Jefferson’s intention to keep abortion illegal forever.
But there’s a youtube of Bachmann with the following lead-in:
Watch Bachmann deftly stitch the tea party and the moral majority together in her speech. (And be sure to stay tuned for her read-along lesson on the Declaration of Independence.)
Well, let’s all watch the youtube.
Nope. Nothing in there about Jefferson or abortion.
Chuck. TPM lies, and when you repeat it, you lie too.

Call Varek. Blow it up.
…with extreme prejudice.
It’s an imaginary planet, but what do you expect from the pointy-eared playhouse?
Maybe we could get that jackass Dave Neiwert from Crooks and Liars to do a piece about exterminationist rhetoric at LGF.
Hemy, if they want to come out and play, I know I’m bored right now…
Weird how the lamebrained loozard community will twist itself into a pretzel hallucinating rightwingnut gay bashers racists and religious zealots as they all line up to kiss the collective ass of islam, a truly intolerant collective.
Back on topic…thanks Iapyx. CJ is either intellectually lazy, a liar, or an intellectually lazy liar. My money is on choice three.
This kind of stuff isn’t exactly hard to fact check. You just read the links, and easily half the time, they have nothing to do with the claim.
It’s quite ridiculous. I’m beginning to think there’s something to theory that this is all a grand sadistic psychology experiment.
This is the 2nd lie we caught him in this week.
There’s a (harmless) old schizophrenic who lives down the road from us. He listens to the voices in his own head and often comes up with some pretty nifty stories and images.
The real problem with Schizochuck is that the only voices in his head are canned talking points from the paranoid hard left. The man has NEVER had a single original thought, insight, or expression. Booooooooring.
(Okay. ALMOST never. Once or twice a year he’ll offer something original, much to the merriment of outside observers, whether right, left, or center. — Tennessee flag anyone?
)
Here’s another theory. There’s a ring of left-wing blogs that form a social network in the same sense that the climatgate authors did. They cite each others’ pieces uncritically, because even though they know that they themselves are lazy, they assume the other guy isn’t.
So you get this kind of “check kiting”, where everybody thinks their story’s good, because somebody else’s story is behind it, not understanding that all they really have is a big circle jerk.
No wonder Chuck’s so touchy about masturbation.
Good analysis; a pinko circle jerk. Sounds like the Nobel peace prize nominating committee.
Yep! I think you’ve nailed it!
Of course. Chunky has been fooled by crap so often he has no credibility. The Tennessee flag proved it.
So is Chuckles going to start obsessing about Michele Bachmann? Chuckles, those voices in your head are not your friend. Stop talking to Assweasel, Nudwig van Nazi, Killbore Guppy and the rest. Instead, start a dialog with a professional who’s highly skilled in dealing with your particular pathology. There is a name for your malady, isn’t there?
