Gee Chuck, why is it a bad idea

October 5, 2010

Many Republican candidates have decided to do media events. The reason is they realize the press will smear them. This strategy is working as Republicans appear to be heading for big gains on 10/2/10. The Jazz Man is angry because he can’t get more material to use for his smear campaign.

Poor Chuck, he doesn’t have material to smear republicans. Has it ever occur to the Jazz Man that smear merchants like him are the reason for this media avoidance strategy?

    “Voters’ ignorance”?

SO he is calling the voters stupid?

Typical of a leftie staring defeat in the eyes.

When is the last time that the fat-ass, pony-tailed, agoraphobic dickhead was on Fox news? He must be hiding out. He is too craven to debate Beck or Hannity.

hell, he won’t even debate on his own site. And, IIRC, there was something fishy going on when he did that “dangerous minds” video interview and the BBC one, but I can’t recall. Something about IPs, but I don’t remember.

As a general rule, the national press isn’t interested in local races such as these, and the flip side of that is that national face time doesn’t do a local candidate any good. Why should they bother?

    Beware the Surprise of October…

Check the DJIA. Someone is manipulating this just like they manipulated it to get Obozo elected.

I think they’re going to find out that most people are a lot more worried about their jobs than their 401Ks. And I’ll be the dow will head south before the election, too.

Yep and they correctly calculate that if they’re already ahead or gaining in polls don’t screw up what’s working. Interacting with the media can only help their opponents if they make a gaff or fall victim to so called “gotcha journalism”
