…now piss off!

October 6, 2010

I may stand corrected.  LGF is like a bar in a rough neighborhood, and CJ is like the “Soup Nazi” of bartenders.  Complete with the regular gang of bullies delivering the “haven’t seen you around here” attitudes, along with some hawker in your face trying to sell you shit  (the bartender charges $10 ” protection”).

“piss off” is a British-ism. Just sayin’.

Also, if he wants to make his site a pay firewall site, then just do it. Don’t p*ssyfoot around and go on wholesale banning sprees of people who refuse to subscribe or haven’t done so in a speed to your liking or hold up their internet speed as a hostage in order to wring some cash out of them. Either do it or don’t do it.

But I guess the psychological boner you get (“Hey, Unmatahari! Look at me ban some more people!”) must generate a mythical currency other than American Greenbacks that magically pays your bills, because (obviously) your pay me or suffer sh!tty service “protection” scam isn’t working.

The ironic thing is that the simpleton didn’t figure out that the subscription idea would have worked when his blog was dominated by people, who, for the most part, had jobs.

But now that’s become a full-fledged moonbat, and most of the posters at his cultist blog are, like him, unemployed moonbats, he can’t figure out why his idea isn’t bringing in the revenue he expected.

Here’s an idea, fat ass, no charge. See if your moronic posters can use their EBT cards to subscribe to your shithole.

The “British-ness” you speak of lends credence to the concept that Chuckles the blogger isn’t actually “Charles” the blogger. What other reprehensible individual is a Brit on that blog…. mmmmm lets see….

All the posts seem to be deleted. I was looking at “Bottom Comments” earlier and SLC was there with 20 something downdings on each post.

I didn’t bring it up today, I was responding to people spreading lies or miss information about the situation. I thought Charles always tried to defend his posters as reasonable down the middle, but I’ve seen mostly jumping the gun on all kinds of assumptions from people here. Again part of that blame goes to Charles for trying to posit this as a privatization issue in his original post.

        “Liberal Echo Chamber”???

        Hoo-boy.

Yes, when multiple people here keep repeating the same misunderstanding of the situation because they haven’t bothered to read on the issue, I’d call that an echo chamber. Dismiss it if you’d like, but if walks like duck…

Sorry I’m not a member of liberal echo chamber that is LGF. Outside of defense issues, rarely if ever have I seen anything remotely conservative or libertarian.

Voter’s ignorance seems to be a bipartisan tactic these days. Toss in some 1000 page legislative bills that get rammed through or just hide all the candidates from the truth. It’s really funny isn’t it how it’s the information age yet things seem more opaque than ever.

Correction: “frequent” may not be the right word; I don’t listen to Rush enough to know how frequently he subs for Rush. But he’s done it several times.
