Chuck promotes flawed Newsweek Poll

October 23, 2010

The Jazz Man has become noting but a conspiracy based propagandist. He has been very silent about the election polls, unless they favor his side. The discredited far left rag Newsweek has published a poll showing Obama’s approval up at 54%! This goes against every other poll that has been released showing the regime’s leader being unpopular.

Chuck is very dishonest, he only publishes favorable polls. The Jazz Man is nothing but a 5th rate smear merchant and propagandist. He is a failure and has picked the losing side.

The weirdest thing about this poll is that there’s no putative reason. It’s just magic. They even said so in the story:

“President Obama’s approval ratings have jumped substantially, crossing the magic halfway threshold to 54 percent, up from 48 percent in late September, while the portion of respondents who disapprove of the president dropped to 40 percent, the lowest disapproval rating in a NEWSWEEK Poll since February 2010.”

Perhaps he’d like to take a gander at Rasmussen, which is considered the most accurate. Zero nosedived five points to -19

/Well, I guess that settles it then. The pony-tailed fat-ass has spoken. Obama deserves a second term!

Well if you only poll one particular group, and ‘adjust’ your questions, and ‘adjust’ your drop rate on answers. You too can have 95% approval while you’re whipping people to death too!

“This poll was conducted by Princeton Survey Research Associates International on October 20–21, 2010.”

Any time you have a consulting group with the name of a big Ivy university, and no link to said university, hold on to your wallet.

You can get a poll to say anything that you want to, if all you care about is getting numbers to support your position. There are lies, damn lies, and statistics. Polls are all three…

This poll flies in the face of other polls.

Perhaps Johnson should have delved a little deeper and checked the accuracy history of this poll. This poll also reported a Democrat upswing right before the 1994 elections and didn’t hint at the Republican takeover of Congress.

This poll is quoted only by Newsweek to make its liberal base happy. Oh, and to satisfy the delusions of failed hypocrites everywhere.

It does make one curious – did any of the Manson Minions question the poll’s accuracy or even express mild astonishment at the result? What was the sampling base? What was the phrasing of the questions? What is the margin of error? I mean, we know how devoted Quack Quack is to “doing” science and all that – and statistical sampling is a science.

A poll of registered voters this late in the game, when no poll in its right mind does that this late?

ALso, this is yet more motivation to vote on 11-2, to throw this back in that fat fuck’s face

About the closest thing to political commentary over there any more seems to be along the lines of “I found a crack whore who would vote for Obama for two lines of coke. The science is settled….the surge is building”.

Other then that…it’s all GRIM fairy tales.

Dark Falcon gets a couple of down-dings, probably from the tireless Dhimmi-crat-bot Obdicut:

No, I think he has an idea. But he doesn’t know the true state of things yet, so he’s going to wait till he knows before deciding what to cut.

      189- (reply to 186 ) Obdicut +4 [Sat, Oct 23, 2010 2:25:25pm ]
You realize that those two statements actually contradict each other, right? If he doesn’t know the ‘true state of things’, then he hasn’t actually got an idea of what he’s going to cut. I respect your right to vote for whoever you want, Dark, and you can vote by whatever criteria you’d like. But I think it’s important for you to be honest with yourself about the qualities of the person you’re voting for…. [blah blah blah]
