Chuck’s Next Step?

October 26, 2010

Here’s an idea for Chuck.

Local newspaper boasts ultimate passive-aggressive paywall policy

Don’t say I never did you any favors, Chuck. That’s exactly the kind of chickenshit that fits you perfectly.

Perfect, another brilliant idea for Chunkel’s to steal and claim he came up with all on his own…

Well I don’t know about that idea, but there are a few things I think CJ could do if he wants to up that subscription base. But I’m not going to give him suggestions.

He banned Cato for pointing out that the content had become rather thin therefore wasn’t worth paying for. Think he’s going to get lots of people paying to read his crap.

“He banned Cato for pointing out that the content had become rather thin ”

      Look at what he runs.
So much going on in the world and all he does is run Geller stories and any little piece of trivia he can scrape from the internet about “the right”.

No more world news, no more Israel, no more jihad, no more Iran, no more about either Afghanistan or Iraq.
Then you have the comments, which are so homogeneous and mostly left to less than a dozen people now, due to his banning, that they they’re just plain boring now.

He avoids all real news because none of it is helpful in supporting his reversal of all his political opinions of the previous eight years.

I do think the funniest thing he ran lately was the “poll” showing how “popular” Obama is.
      ROTFL!
Day after day polls come out showing the complete opposite—and he ignores them. But all his little dhimmi go along with the charade.

He really can’t run any pro-Israel stories there any longer. First, Obama himself isn’t exactly pro-Israel and Charles would never run a story critical of Obama. So the few Israel stories he has run in the last year are those that pretend Obama is the most pro-Israel President in history.

Another reason he can’t run pro-Israel stories is that it would expose the number of anti-Israel posters that now inhabit LGF. He’s got that entire wing of British Leftists who now post there and there’s no one willing to take them on since they don’t don’t know where Charles stands any longer on that issue. I’m sure they think, well, he’s thrown everything else over, why wouldn’t he have thrown Israel over?

Finally, he won’t run pro-Israel stories because he’s trying to impress the Left. But of course those are the same people who hate Israel ( and Jews ) so rather than defend it, Charles has made the calculation to keep his mouth shut.

If Schmuckie adopted this he’d lose even more traffic – and he doesn’t have enough qualified sycophants to make up the difference.

yeah, since most of them are welfare mooches or college students, how will he be able to pay the bills? The cookbook slaes Fran W tried to push for him were a flops, as was his Amazon deal, his Kindle deal, his calendar deal, and (apparently) his $10/month protection racket.

Anyone notice if you google lgf (spelled out) it still says this: Weblog covering issues dear to both conservatives and US liberals.

What conservatives? Brain damaged conservatives? Comic book reading republican-hating Keith Olbermann fan conservatives I guess?

    Both of them?

The Dum-Dum Twins (Brooks and Frum) are the only conservatives welcomed at LGF. Of course, everywhere else, they’d be called liberals, but LGF is operating by its own lexicon at this point anyway.

The dumbo’s are going to take karate lessons now to defend themselves from the imminent surge of violent Tea Partiers…..lol.

Meh paywalls don’t work unless you’re offering specialized content(read that as the WSJ). Everywhere paywalls have come into existence people have fled in droves because you can get the same thing anywhere else. See salon, and various other papers.

So one can only hope chuckles goes that route.

Well, yeah. But threatening to sue violators of an “honor system” is a new one. That has Chuck written all over it.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!! Up-Chuck may just be dumb enough to lose his last broke-azz EPIC FAIL loser “members”. I do have to say, he is good for a few laughs. However, to get these, I just come here. Since he banned me amidst the Great Military Purge of 2009, I have not gone back.
