Thing is I too do not want creationism taught in schools along with evolution. But even if this new crop of weirdos as he says accomplishes it I can teach my kids at home the difference between right and wrong on that one. Or if they ban an atheistic book at schools I can still give that book to my kids. What I can’t correct at home is far left Democrats (which are the only one’s controlling the agenda) in the House, Senate and WH bankrupting the country with runaway debt spending to fund give-aways to illegal immigrants, loan defaulters, climate fraudsters and generally rewarding bad actors and non-producers at the expense of taxpayers. I can’t fix for my kids a crushing tax burden that takes out of their pockets and the pockets of those whom they might have hoped would offer jobs and financial security. If the country were flush with cash that would be one thing. But we’re borrowing from future incomes and cashing in chips we haven’t yet acquired to do things like prop up car co.s with lousy business models and union overhead and mortgages that the owners couldn’t expect to afford. Meanwhile we’re all still paying our prudent expenses and bills because we long ago elected not to overextend ourselves by factoring our income and our future chances and risks.
Charles doesn’t seem to get any of that for some reason. Tomorrow can’t come soon enough.
Frankly, if the people of Littledick, KS elect school board members who want to teach the kids that the universe is made out of lime jello, and those same people are paying the taxes to support the schools, what business is it of some drugged out washed up ukulele player in Smog City? It’s no sillier or less supported by science than this nonsense from Al Gore that thousands of coastal schools teach.
The real problem with Chunky is his complete lack of knowledge of what the TEA Party is about – limited government and an end to increasing debt and taxes. He’s so busy crying about creationism, global warming and racism. None of which is a component of the TEA Party agenda. I have been to several rallies, and it was only about the loss of liberty and the oppressive tax burden facing Americans.

I’m going to be curious to see what happens with the Blue Dog Democrats in the house after the new Congress is sworn in. They ran as conservatives in 2006 in Red states under Pelousy’s guidance and then were browbeat into submission. I’m wondering what those Blue Dogs, assuming they survive their elections, will do.
