The comments pages for these memory-holed threads still remain on LGF, as far as I can tell. Finding them is the tough part.
You wonder why he even bothers deleting something like this. He’s had approximately 743 top posts about Obama, and the first few hundred were uniformly negative. E.g.:
Yea this might be CJ testing us, ’cause there are a lot of Soros threads too. Or, maybe he wants to highlight this one for some reason. As the archivist here at DoD, I have to put them up for the record.
Funny that one of those Obama threads on that short list calls out a memory holing. Even if it involves the deletion of some anonymous poster’s screed on a open community site, it was fit for CJ to mention.
I think it’s pretty specific. He promoted a pages post which suggested that Glen Beck had recently developed an antisemitic conspiracy theory about Soros and how he survived the Holocaust. That particular thread contains dozens of comments from Lizards In Good Standing promoting the same narrative, which was extant and not obviously antisemitic or distasteful to Chucky at the time.
Chucky is right there in the thread saying nothing about it. Or maybe participating, so many of the comments are deleted, perhaps some of them are him chiming in with the “Soros was a Nazi stooge” meme.
Soros seems to be ok over there. Soros broke economies and gathered up the remains into his wallet. Retirements were ruined for at least one government.
But I guess he is OK as long as his checks written to left causes keep clearing.
No doubt he has the best of intentions. What could go wrong?
Industry is a bad guy, Church is a bad guy, but Soros is A-OK.
Good thing soros is worthy to be trusted and is not a self-serving, callous, nation-breaking snake.
Looks like Cuckles the clown won’t be getting any of the Soro’s stash anytime soon! Is a 2011 calendar with those really fantastic photos on the way?
Funny how in those days he attacked ACORN but these days he goes all out to defend them. I wonder who “duped” him on that one.
